I began coaching with Bill Ellis as I entered a new role as a Network Superintendent (Regional Supervisor).  The coaching conversations brought clarity of purpose, moved me through ideas to execution and provided opportunity for reflection that lead to deep change.  Whether our conversations focused on the professional side or the personal side, I concluded every session with the confidence that the time was one of the best hours spent each month.  Bill is skilled and extremely personable, a wonderful mix for a coaching relationship.  I highly recommend any leader who desires to change, grow and become more effective, to consider a coaching relationship will Bill Ellis. - Nick Fatato, Superintendent of the Southern New England Ministry Network

After a year of coaching with Bill, I am excited to see the fruits of his accompaniment. He consistently challenges to turn thinking into action. Bill is an exceedingly skilled leadership coach and a fun guy to hang with. His empathy and art of listening is unsurpassed. His questions make you step back and think. He is the one that, as Harvard’s Ron Heifetz might say, gets you off the dance floor and onto the balcony. I highly recommend him. - Dr. Sam Farina, PCC
